Dickey’s Barbecue continues its slow-smoked trail across Texas with its opening this Thursday at San Antonio’s well-known Military Crossing Shopping Center! To celebrate the grand opening, three
guests will win free barbecue for a year at the new Military Crossing location. Guests can enter to win using hashtag #1FreeYearofBBQ on any social media page, order online or sign up for the Big
Yellow Cup Club to receive special offers and loyalty points which can be redeemed for free barbecue.
Doors open on Thirsty Thursday, when all guests will receive a free Big Yellow Cup with Dickey’s new reusable travel lid and straw. On Philanthropy Friday, all proceeds from Dickey’s potato chip
sales will benefit Dickey’s charitable foundation, Barbecue Boots & Badges which supports first responders and their families. On Singer/Songwriter Saturday, local musician Chaz Chism will play
favorite tunes from many different genres. Kids eat free on Sunday as always!

After more than 20 years in San Antonio, Owner/Operator Agustin Tellez, Jr. decided to turn his dream into a reality and open his own restaurant. “This is something that I have always wanted to
pursue, but wanted to approach the process thoroughly,” shares Agustin. After noticing the lack of quality slow-smoked barbecue in the area, he found the perfect option through Dickey’s Barbecue
Pit. Agustin also owns and operates an engineering firm in the area. “Isela and I are excited to bring a convenient catering and lunch option to the surrounding business community. We have been
