 **Keep your Rub Simple:** When seasoning your brisket, you’ll be tempted to use multiple rubs and spices to get the burst of flavor that’ll be the talk of the cookout. After one taste of a quality cut, you’ll be thankful you didn’t settle for less.
 
 **Don’t Get Discouraged:** Barbecue is a blend of art and science, a delicate process that transforms large cuts of meat into tender, delectable satisfaction with fire, smoke and love.
