Local Entrepreneur Plans to Open His First Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Loudoun County

The new location is slated to open in Virginia in Fall 2017



(Loudoun, VA) Dickey’s Barbecue Pit will be serving the residents of Loudoun County delicious, Texas-style barbecue beginning in Fall 2017. The new store’s owner, Chris Mills, is excited to embark on this new adventure with Dickey’s and have the opportunity to serve his community slow-smoked barbecue.

After graduating from George Mason University, Mills has constantly been looking for new opportunities and found his most recent opportunity with Dickey’s Barbecue Pit. Before beginning his new adventure with Dickey’s, Mills was in real estate and property management. After years of real estate, Mills decided he wanted to get into the restaurant industry and found a home in Dickey’s.

 

“When researching franchising opportunities, Dickey’s ended up being the perfect fit for me,” says Mills. “I have a passion for barbecue and I love having the opportunity to bring people together and Dickey’s is the perfect place to do that.”
